Custom Enrollment Forms…Latest Feature Update on esiKidz!

We’ve got another exciting update for our Childcare Associates! This latest enhancement is designed to make your Childcare Management Process even smoother and more efficient.

And guess what?

Now, Built your own Customized Enrollment Forms in esiKidz Childcare Software and simplify your enrollment process within Childcare Centre.

Existing Subscribers can follow below easy steps to design your own Enrollment Forms:

Step 1:

Login into esiKidz Admin using your credentials.
Click on “Settings”.

Step 2:

Check for “School Operations” as shown in the image.

Step 3:

Click on “Enrollment Forms” as shown in the image.

Step 4:

Choose from “Default Form” or “Customized Form”
Choosing “Customized Form” will let you design your custom fields.
Click on “Add” to create / define your own fields from wide variety of field type such as:
- “Single Line Text” or “Multi Line Text”
- “Date” or “Time” type field
- “Check Box” for multiple choice
- “Radio Button” or “Drop Down” type field
- “Email Address”, “Phone Number” and “Number Only” field type
Write a Question / Field Name for each field added
You can choose to make it “Mandatory” for each field.

Step 5:

Select “Consent Form”
Edit existing defined “Consents”

or

Click “Add” to create new “Consents”
